thank you so much, i'm flattered. i will gladly make you a dramione header and FO banner. concerning the layout, you should head over to [info]premade_ljs and pick one out. once you have i can make a header that fits the coding. i will need a little description of the header too. things such as the text and style would be great.

Hi there. I'm sorry to bother you here, but I wasn't sure if you would get this if I left a comment at [info]disney_awards. I'm in charge of banners for Week 84, but one of the icons is animated, and I don't have an animation program. So I can either make the banner with an altered icon (it will only show the first frame of the animation), or I can make the banner without the icon and send it to someone (you, perhaps, or another banner maker?) who can insert it into the banner, leaving the animation intact. Let me know what you think is best. Thank you.

Umm.. I think that it will be fine if you use the just the first frame of the animation. I, personally, don't have an animation program so you couldn't send it to me. I don't think that the award winner will mind having a still banner.

Well, first off I just hope I'm not bothering you. I know some people give the skunk eye at having icon community stuff posted on their personal journals, so I thank you ahead for your patience.

And your not throwing anything at me.

What I wanted to saaay was that I've been trying to get ahold of [info]disney_contest for a while now. It's a community that was made a while back and has been passed onto a couple mods here and there. The last mod poofed and no one else took the reigns. I had to hunt down someone who could make me maintainer.

Now that I have, I'd like to bring it back. Since you seem to like disney communities ... I was hoping you might be interested in checking us out. Even if you're not interested in entering challenges, we could always use new blood for voting purposes and whatnot!

Anyway, thanks again and sorry if I bothered you.

I really don't mind people commenting on my personal journal. It seems silly to get all worked up about have your comm stuff posted on your journal. :) Oh, and I'll try not to throw anything at you.

Oh, very cool! I've been trying to get ahold of [info]disney_icontest mods for awhile and its hard! Congrats on getting the community. I'll go over and check it out, most likly I'll join since I can't pass up a good Disney community. :)

I noticed while I was commenting around for [info]disney_icontest that you seemed to beat me to it on every comment. Since we both want the community, IF we get access would you like to co-mod with me?

That's so great to know! We have commented on all the owner's journals and the community, but we have gotten no answer. Any help would be greatly apprciated. If you happen to be friends with any of the maintainers, we would love it if you tried to talk them into waking up the community or handing over the ownership. :)

Greetings!!

I'm so very, very sorry if this is bothering you. Basically, the deal is that I've seen you are interested in LIMS and I have one that really could use some more attention. I'm really not sure how else to glee it to everyone else so I'm going to try this once and only O.o

Anyhoo, [info]silver_lims is a LIMS for all of the old movies and stars, mostly black and white. Some examples would be Audrey Hepburn, Julie Andrews, Clark Gable, Valentino, Charlie Chaplin, etc, Wizard of Oz, Sabrina, Singing in the Rain, er... Psycho and anything else that's from the 1960's and before.

Round 02 is starting off right now. We won't be accepting any more sign ups after this Sunday (the 17th) but you totally have time to sign up and compete in the current challenge still. You know, if you were interested. x_x

We're also really focused on the positive side of icons, and while we do vote icons off those who vote have to list the positive aspects of said icon along with why they voted it off. That totally make sense, I promise you.

Even if you don't know much about that era, the black and white photogrophy is just beautiful (or you could just join to vote, we could always use more voters).

Hey mate; spotted your graphics and they are quite nice. Also, the Fantastic Four movie is indeed suck. It is FAIL in a big way. Sorry for the randomness, but I had to ask and this seemed the best place - what picture is that, in your main banner? The Neoclassical, Davidesque one? It's gorgeous!!

The painting is The Farewell of Telemachus and Eucharis by Jaques-Louis David. I'm happy you like it too. Its my absolute favorite painting.
